About Us

We’re part of Canterbury-Earlwood Caring Association (CECAL), a local not-for-profit community organisation. St George Venues has partnered with CECAL to offer extra support for the people who make this place what it is, the staff and patrons of St George.Our role is simple: to provide a safe, confidential space to talk about and unpack whatever is on your mind, and to help you find the next step that feels right for you.

About Sara

Sara’s background is in social care, life coaching, and mental health support. She’s passionate about personal growth, holistic health, and helping people relate to themselves and others more skilfully.In her free time, she enjoys yoga, eating good food, spending time with loved ones, and learning new things.

About Gareth

Gareth is the CEO of CECAL and has many years of experience as a counsellor, supporting people through conflict, workplace challenges, gambling concerns, and everyday life stress.When he’s off the clock, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching footy, and playing basketball.
